Mail lady not friendly. Delivery unreliable.
Was waiting all evening for a delivery that there shipping tracker said was out for delivery. After waiting all evening for my package it updated to available for pick up. Clearly someone forgot to deliver it and now i have to wait to pick it up hopefully in the morning
This is a mixed bag. Delivery is often unreliable. When Amazon hands off packages, they're almost always delivered a day later than projected. However, the employees I've dealt with when visiting the branch have always been courteous and helpful.
By far the worst post office I have been to. They open your mail. They don't scan items in correctly so they get returned requesting more money. Go to Lehighton post office. Never have a problem there. Shame.
